How to Order

There are several different ways to order.

1. Telephone - You can call us on 020 8348 6872, and we will be glad to take your order.
2. Fax/Mail Order- follow the online shopping system to the checkout, then print off your order form. Complete the form with your details. You can fax this to us on 020 8374 2449, or send it to us to process. If paying by cheque, please make payable to 'Eazy Tiger' and send with the order form to address: Eazy Tiger, 47 Rokesly Avenue, London, N8 8NS.
3. Email - Follow the online shopping system, and complete the order form at the checkout. Then email order to us by clicking the send button. We will contact you during the period you specify to process you order, or alternatively you can call us on 020 8348 6872.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. By cheque - made payable to ‘Eazy Tiger’ with your address, card number and expiry date written on the back.
2. By credit or debit card - We accept visa, mastercard, switch and solo. Please add your card details to your order form, or if you prefer you can call us with your card details.

DELIVERY-

Delivery is normally within 7 working days of receipt of order, subject to availability. However to avoid disappointment please allow up to 14 days.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

For UK mainland only - postage is calculated by the total weight of your order. This is done automatically at the checkout..

Next day delivery can be arranged at an extra cost if requested before 12 noon. Please contact us at orders@eazy-tiger.co.uk

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

We will be glad to take overseas orders from Channel Islands, and Europe. Please contact us at enquiries@eazy-tiger.co.uk for a quote based on the weight of your order.

EAZY-TIGER GUARANTEE

Refund and replacement

We hope you will be happy with your Eazy-Tiger goods. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or replacement. The goods must be returned within 14 days in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Let us know what changes you would like. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us, so we strongly advise you obtain a proof of postage. We are unable to refund postage unless the item is faulty.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch please contact us at orders@eazy-tiger.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

LIABILITY

Prices are subject to change. Products are described as accurately as possible, but colours, designs and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.

Eazy-Tiger’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied by Eazy-Tiger to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred.
